Every aspect of the tour's logistics is handled in detail. We coordinate travel and accommodation according to the artist's preferences. We keep an eye out on the show calendar to ensure timely flight bookings, saving costs where possible. We deep dive into flight routings with the help of travel agency partners, arrange VIP immigration services, book accommodation and confirm ground transportation.

We take a disruptive approach. We're stepping away from the traditional music industry standards and adopted a pay-per-use model as we believe in full transparancy. This means we do not work with percentages or hidden commissions. After our initial meet and greet, we will provide a fixed show fee that aligns with your touring volume and complexity.

Well, we do require the occasional beauty sleep to stay sharp. Our magic happens during weekday business hours; we start ahead of schedule to save costs and ensure we never rush the process, maintaining the highest quality of work. However, we know the music industry never stops. For our partners, we are always on standby for critical travel emergencies (such as volcanic eruptions, tornadoes, or cancelled flights) that could jeopardize a show. If there is a crisis on the road, we are there to solve it, supported by our travel agency partners.
