Travel and accommodation

Every aspect of the tour's logistics is handled in detail. We coordinate travel and accommodation according to the artist's preferences. We keep an eye out on the show calendar to ensure timely flight bookings, saving costs where possible. We deep dive into flight routings with the help of travel agency partners, arrange VIP immigration services, book accommodation and confirm ground transportation.

Visa handling

We gather all necessary documents to ensure a smooth journey towards securing your visas. Our expertise extends across the globe supported by local visa agency partners.

Artist riders

Our role extends beyond confirmation; we actively request for the complete execution of the artist's hospitality and technical rider, ensuring the needs are not just acknowledged but fulfilled. Should any changes come up, we promptly communicate updates back to all involved parties to maintain alignment and clarity.

In-app itinerary

Before each show, we provide a detailed in-app itinerary, which we continuously update with any necessary changes throughout the tour's duration.
